Position : Warehouse Operation - Dar Es Salaam
We are looking for a Warehouse Operation.
Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, recording, verification and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Tanzanian customs and bonded warehouse regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock tracking, auditing, and reporting.
- Coordinate with shipping agents, customs authorities, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and clearance of goods.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve warehouse efficiency.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring a safe and productive working environment.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Handle documentation and record-keeping related to inbound and outbound shipments.
- Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.
