- Ensure all container discharged to GALCO ICD are received as per manifest and discharge list and carried in the Tanzania Customs Integrated System (TANCIS) and get in the SAP Business system. Ensure discharge list matches manifest and receiving using Tanzania Customs Integrated System (TANCIS). Ensure physical container/ equipment or loose cargoes stock tallies/corresponds to system stock. (Container stock balancing) Checking documentation relating to imported goods and ensure custom verification, loading and offloading of containers from port are done on time. Maintain high standard SHEQ Compliance for everyone around yard throughout respective shift. Ensure all EIR documents for all container received and issued on time during receipt and delivering of the equipment. Ensure all Operations reports both management (GALCO ICD) and stakeholders (TRA and TPA) are prepared and shared on time. Maintain good customer relationship with stakeholders, customers, and timely response to their requirement. Ensure that all carried out cargoes have paid all necessary payment for stakeholders (TRA and TPA) management (GALCO ICD) before leaving the ICD. Monitor and maintain an inventory for loose cargoes. All time maintaining yard arrangement plan for containers (Local/Transit 20ft/40ft/Verified) etc. Receive outgoing shift report and handover shift to incoming shift. Ensure monthly filing of all documents is done.
