Position : Personalized Internet Assessor - Mwanza
We are looking for a Personalized Internet Assessor.
Responsibilities :
- Assess and evaluate search engine results for relevance and accuracy based on specific guidelines.
- Review and analyze various types of online content (webpages, images, videos) to determine quality and relevance.
- Understand and interpret user intent to provide feedback on how well search results meet that intent.
- Assign ratings to search results based on their relevance, usefulness, and overall quality.
- Document and report findings and recommendations to help improve search algorithms and user experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, search behaviors, and emerging technologies to enhance evaluation processes.
- Work with teams to implement feedback and suggestions that improve the overall effectiveness of search engines.
- Participate in quality control processes to ensure consistent and accurate evaluation standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with other assessors and teams to share insights and improve evaluation strategies.
- Engage in ongoing training and learning to remain proficient in evaluation techniques and updates to guidelines.
Required profile for job ad : Personalized Internet Assessor - Mwanza
- You must have full professional proficiency in written and verbal English and Tanzanian
- You must be living in Tanzania for the last 5 consecutive years
- You must own and use a Smartphone (Android V5 or higher or iPhone running iOS version 14.0 or higher) to complete tasks.
- The majority of the task types will require both a desktop/laptop and a Smartphone
- Gmail must be your primary email account
- Active daily user of Gmail and other forms of social media.
- You must have familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media and cultural affairs in Tanzania
