✓Carry out the scheduled inspection of all plant equipment and initiate Work requests based on inspection results. Perform first level analysis and define priorities for each action.
✓Performing maintenance and installations of plant equipments e.g. Kiln, Crushers, Mills, Conveyor belts
✓Performing Non Destructive Testing (NDT) for Pressure vessels, Fuel tanks, Kiln shells
✓To coordinate and arrange safety toolbox talks of the section.
✓(Condition Monitoring) Monitor and co-ordinate condition predictors, for all equipment through specific inspections like Vibration analysis, thickness testing, kiln tyre migration
✓Troubleshooting and rectification of field problems/breakdown during production process
✓ participating on different section of maintenance in plant
