• Responsible for all purchases and manage/update the FMCG Master List. Establish and maintain the maximum and minimum stock levels in coordination with the Operations Manager and Area Officers. Negotiate contracts, Financial agreements, and constantly revises the delivery schedule. Preparation of stocking and restocking in reference to the maximum and minimum stock for each SKU per kiosk. Liaise with Area Officers and operations manager in introducing new products and removing all non - performing products. Constantly revise prices of products in the master list and ensure purchase prices are low creating higher margins and an increase in profit for the company and when necessary secure credit terms. Elaborate a delivery schedule in coordination with the Area Officer and Operations Manager that assures availability of every stock-keeping unit (SKU) and avoids out of stock of any SKU in relation to the budget and seasons. Efficiently coordinates activities between the Warehouse, Transporters, and Area Officers to ensure 100% on-time delivery. Follow up on the submission of all documentation and deal with Customs Regulations. Analyses variances with the parties involved and ensures that responsible parties for variances are accounted for.
