• For each factory work with them on a continuous improvement technical action plan to sustainably reach international standards of excellence. Assist in creating and sustaining Standard operating procedures (SOP’s), quality manuals and training materials adopting a sustainable and participatory approach. Train the factory on how to work with international clients including. Working with tech packs. Completing costings using Standard minute values and cost per minute calculation methods to aid completing samples and costings on time. g. Quality Control, Assurance and Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs) from goods received, through production to shipping. Production planning, critical path management and reporting through correct forecasting, line balancing and target monitoring. Delivering efficiency levels required through Lean manufacturing principles and incentive schemes.. Develop dedicated skill areas within the factory by working in conjunction with other training programmes such as the GIZ Centre of Excellence for pattern, mechanics and quality training.

• Acting as the overall In-charge of the Production.  Responsible for on time Deliveries with required Quality & Quantity with minimum Cost.  Review Daily Deviations against “Master Plan” & make CAP to eliminate late Deliveries & Deviation.  Follow up all Pre-production Activities with Responsible staff prior to Bulk Production.  Maintaining Quality of products as per buyer's’ required AQL.  Co-ordinate Buyers/ their Representatives & follow up their Comments/Instructions.  Conduct Pre-production meeting with all the Responsible Factory staff.  Follow up daily Production/Technical related reports & make Corrective action Plans to solve day to day Production related issues & to achieve planned targets (Cut to Pack).  Follow up all Industrial Engineering related activities.  Conduct Daily Forecast Meetings & follow Hourly Production.  Provide leadership in organizing the planning Dept. with efficient structure & effective work process.
