Overseeing the overall running of the branch. Handling all human resources issues of the branch, including providing equal opportunities in recruitment & positions to those who traditionally have unfair access to opportunities. Daily cash reconciliations from branch sales. Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, all Human Resources aspects of the branch and formulating strategies for improved performance of the branch. Processing call history requests from customers. Approving SIM change of ownership requests. Imparting customer care knowledge and experience to sales agents in light of enhancing and improving overall customer experience. Handling difficult walk-in customers and offering working solutions. Customer Relationship Management and Key Account Management, particularly with high value customers to enhance mutual relationships and seamless customer experience. Enhancing and increasing customer base and Average Revenue per User (ARPU) through upselling and cross-selling company products. Managing corporate accounts in the Westgate territory (Seed-Co, Novatek, Cheese Galore etc.) in conjunction with Account Managers. Properly handling walk in customers with both physical and mental limitations, making sure they receive the best service and resolution of queries.
