Am a registered Professional Engineer with more than nine years of working experience in Non-Profit Organizations, Construction Companies and Consulting Firms. I am experienced in managing construction projects, WASH projects, Relief projects, Emergency response projects and commercial projects. I am recognized for engineering construction related projects, Facilities and maintenance. Am relied upon contract formulation and management, developing, planning and managing all projects, new construction and renovations, managing the estates, performing preventive maintenance checks, inspecting and monitoring work areas to ensure safety, supervising and training project and maintenance employees, including in-house, external contractors, and sub-contractors.
I possess Maintenance skills in managing technical and engineering staff in performing preventive maintenance, daily breakdowns and repairs. Making maintenance plans, cost controlling, procurement of materials of standard and quality, and lastly maintaining the standard and quality of the Facilities. I have worked with different NGOs, consultants in preparation of technical design drawings and specifications. I have worked and managed different contractors through the execution of projects in Time, Quality and in Budget.
I also use variety of engineering softwares such as ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Artilantis Render, Lumion, Microsoft Office (MS Project and MS Excel).
