Receive all export/ import bookings made/forwarder by the client, to perform declaration of import and export entries, Ensure declaration is correctly done and in time upon receipt of all clearing documents from the client, Ensure assessment is obtained timely, Ensure customs queries if any are replied in time for current shipments on clearance and for those on customs audit queries basically by coordinating with the clients, Ensure the same received document are assessed and uploaded to customs for release.• Sending a Daily import and Export Report to all the clients which we are handling they are imports and export Goods, Process Transit Documents and Gate Pass to enter and exit trucks into and out of port, Follow up on import and export permits, Advice clients and update them at all times on their shipments, Track clearance and delivery progress for transit shipments, Submit loading list to customs for release and forward to TICTS/TPA after the release from customs, Write a letter to TPA container manager to request the transfer of full container to berth, Close the file and submit all required documentation to the client, Track clearance and delivery progress for Imports shipmentsResolve queries arising in TANCIS, Ensure a bond cancellation for transit goods to EAC & SADC countries.
