• Boiler Operator (One year): Also, here there are so many things that I considered before and after starting the steam plant/boiler in order to prevent suddenly breakdown that should affect the whole production and finally provide loss to the company, below are the activities taken: 1. To make sure the boiler shell is full with water. 2. To make sure all boiler feed pump, ID and FD fan, Safety valve, Fusible plug and alarm is working correctly. 3. To make sure all steam lines and water line working correctly. 4. To make sure fire room/furnace operating in good condition. 5. To ensure fire wood for boiler is reasonable for steam generation. 6. To make sure the water is available to all tanks. 7. To keep records for steam, water, Temperature after every 2 hours. 8. Best fuel economically. 9. Construction of steam condensate tank and condensate line (In house project). Note: Boiler is the heart for the most factories on the world, there are some components of the boiler that are very important to be checked every day either by vision or practically means operation condition, namely 1. Feed pump 2. Furnace 3. Draft Tube 4. Limit Switch 5. Mobley 6. ID and FD fan 7. Sight glass 8. Valves, steam traps, radiator, steam and water lines, condensate tank, strainer etc.

• Maintenance Planner (Eight months): Here I performed as maintenance planner were there are so many things that I performed during this session among of them are: 1. To assign the work to the artisan. 2. To make sure the broken parts should not be fixed/replaced until the problem make failure detected and solved. 3. To provide mark to each component provided to supervisor. 4. To record the asset owned by engineering department. 5. To know the amount of water used with the boiler. 6. To record current used per day. 7. Keep record of each component taken for machine replacement. 8. To prepare the job card and boiler logbook.
