- I certified manager from Canadian Management & Training institute , , I follow and support my plant 24 hour/day, participate with mechanical and process teams in the chronic problems in the plant particularly in the operation and production, Heidelberg cement headquarter launched smooth operation project the purpose of this project ensure that all machines in the plant are working with high performance and in good conditions and I am leader of it and we made many actions to increase life time of machines and enhanced the operation , project is running all time , we launched new project Expert System by supporting from Heidelberg Cement headquarter and I was responsible for execution, we could reduce operators by new technology Expert System, I member of CIP (continues improvement project) that generate all ideas from all levels in the plant (technician, foreman, engineers ,..) and discuses and execute with top management I created many software to enhance power consumption, I responsible for the instrumentation in the plant, we installed new sensors to add new reading in the CCR to protect from preheater blockage and machines from damage by make pre-alarms and new indications As well follow the spare parts and lifetime of instrumentations and machines, I respect HSE, attend all meeting with top management internally and externally,
